I am a qualified counsellor based in Killay, Swansea, South West Wales and I provide a personal therapeutic counselling service in my work with children, young people and adults. 

There are times when life can be confusing or distressing and it may be difficult to know what choices to make or understand what is happening.  Personal therapy can provide a safe place and support to process life’s difficulties.

 I offer a confidential counselling service to individuals which works in the ‘here and now’, respecting autonomy and exploring the issues which may affect human life.  Anyone wanting to access my service will be treated with respect and without judgment. 

Through counselling people may have an opportunity to gain self awareness, be authentic to their feelings, and develop a sense of well being.  Through exploring issues that have been affecting life an understanding can develop about what is happening and why.
