Jo Gooding is a professionally qualified counsellor who works in the Swansea and Carmarthenshire areas and has developed a good reputation in her work with children, young people and adults.

Jo ensures counselling is provided within safe and confidential surroundings, which is completely separate from your daily life, where you can communicate your thoughts and feelings about your personal difficulties and look at ways of working through those difficulties. Jo can offer counselling on a long or short term basis, and you will be treated with respect in a non judgmental atmosphere.

Jo can help with many difficulties in life including: bereavement, divorce, cancer, living with illness, depression and at those times when it is unclear what the source of a problem maybe. Jo has working experience in mental health, learning disabilities, and has worked with children and young people who have physical disabilities.
